Content OperationsOwn Bilibili account content planning, topics, editing and daily publishing; continuously grow followers and interaction.

Algorithm Engineer
R&DOwn ad delivery and recommendation-algorithm optimization to lift Bilibili ad efficiency and conversion.
- Master's or above, in machine learning / data mining / computer science
- Proficient in Python/C++, familiar with TensorFlow/PyTorch
- Recommendation/ad/growth algorithm experience preferred
